Your organization uses Activity Platform to track active and idle working time. Install the agent, then enter the enrollment code from your invite email.

Three steps to get set up
- Step 1
Install
Run the installer you downloaded above. On macOS, drag the app into Applications; on Linux, mark the AppImage executable.
- Step 2
Open
Launch the agent. It starts on the enrollment screen and asks for a code; nothing is tracked before you enter one.
- Step 3
Paste your code
Copy the enrollment code from your invite email into the box and press Connect. That is it: the agent runs in the background from now on.
Where do I find my enrollment code?
It is in the email your administrator sent you, shown as three groups of six characters (for example A1B2C3-D4E5F6-G7H8I9). Codes work once and expire 1 day after they are issued. If yours has expired, ask your administrator to resend the invite; they can do that from your employee page in the dashboard.
What the agent does, and does not, track
- Collected
- Which application is in the foreground
- Window title text and browser domain (never the full URL)
- Whether you are active or idle
- System lock, unlock, sleep and wake events
- Never collected
- Keystrokes or what you type
- Screenshots, screen recording, camera, or microphone
- Passwords, form fields, or clipboard contents
- Message or email contents
